The main responsibilities for the Key Account Sales Manager are as follows:Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirementsExpand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectivesEnsure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely mannerServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teamsResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustPlay an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationshipsPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metricsWe are looking for the following experience, skills and competencies:Technical / Engineering Educational BackgroundProven experience in Project Sales especially managing key accountsExperience in sales and providing solutions related to Government project segmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills with experience in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levelsExcellent organizational skillsAbility in problem-solving and negotiationHigh energy and passionate about good customer serviceExperienced in Oil Mining & Gas Industry is advantagesAt NS BlueScope our success comes from our people.
