Since 1802, we have been embracing innovations and sustainable solutions of the highest quality that add value to people’s lives around the globe.About The Role &Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager - Industrial New Construction & Cooling to drive and grow our Cooling Business market segment in Indonesia. You will be responsible for promoting our piping systems solutions, building strong customer relationships, and strengthening our position as a preferred partner in industrial new construction and cooling HVAC projects. This role focuses on clients who handle new construction projects requiring large-scale Cooling and HVAC systems.Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the Cooling market segment. Identify and convert market opportunities into sales for piping, hydronic, and cooling solutions. Build and maintain relationships with owners, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Coordinate with distributors or contractors to ensure timely delivery for key projects. Provide technical product presentations and support customer specifications. Maintain CRM records and market intelligence for business planning. Ensure compliance with EHS and Quality Management policies. Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales or key account management role. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Sales & Marketing qualification is a plus). Strong technical understanding of Cooling / HVAC systems in industrial and building construction. Established network within the Cooling market ecosystem (owners, consultants, contractors). Experience in Cooling or HVAC-related projects. Proven expertise in piping, valves, pumps, or process automation. Engagement with design consultants and contractors during the project life cycle. Strong sales, marketing, and CRM reporting skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to manage multiple projects and interpret technical drawings. Leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills. Preferably based in or willing to work in Jakarta.
