Whether online or on store shelves, Vitaco’s high-quality products are never far from reach.Your OpportunityReporting to the Head of Sales – NZ Specialist, you will manage the relationships with our key sports specialist customers.With the ability to build strong relationships, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of these accounts to ensure all opportunities are identified and maximised.ResponsibilitiesDevelop joint business plans with our key sports specialist customers, in consultation with the wider category and marketing teams, and the Head of Sales that delivers financial objectives and is in accordance with the overall channel strategyPresent new products, provide category insights, implement promotional plans, negotiate ranging, price management and review performanceNegotiating plans, managing trade spend and development of effective promotional plans to deliver budgetsImplement forecasting and develop strong promotional planningType of experience and formal education that will favour your application:A related tertiary qualification is preferredMinimum 3 years' Key Account Management experience in the Pharmacy or FMCG industry. Preferably with experience in sports specialist channelMinimum 5 years sales experience in the Pharmacy or FMCG industry.Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated strengths in presentation, negotiation and influencing.Strong prioritisation, time management, analytical skills, and attention to detailProficiency in MS Excel, MS Power Point, experience with Circana SoftwareTrade marketing experienceEnergy, warmth, proactive team player and a commitment to empowering healthier lives!Why is this the next great opportunity for you?At Vitaco, ‘We Care, We Act, We Succeed’.
