Their Global Business Center (GBC) in Niš plays a crucial role in supporting global business operations by integrating essential functions such as accounting, procurement, HR, IT and sales. As a shared services center, GBC provides transactional services, expert support and data analysis to their various locations worldwide, ensuring efficiency and streamlining processes across departments.We are seeking a Key Account Manager Aftermarket to join their growing team and contribute to the continued success of the organization.Role SummaryThe Key Account Manager is responsible for driving international sales activities, from strategic planning and customer acquisition to managing offers and negotiating complex contracts. This role combines analytical insight with hands-on coordination of commercial processes and customer relationships. By working closely with cross-functional teams and clients worldwide, the Sales Expert supports project execution, ensures financial targets are met and helps shape market strategies based on data and customer insights.Key Responsibilities· Preparing plans (sales, budget, profit, investment, costs), including for cross-functional topics and projects· Analyzing market, customer and competitor data and deriving customer insights to develop market strategies (including defining decision-making networks) – even beyond your own customer base/project area· Securing of new customers and new projects (national and international)· Coordinating and monitoring the processing of technical and commercial customer enquiries· Preparing and tracking bids in accordance with company guidelines· Leading and managing contract negotiations (national and international)· Steering and coordination of orders and necessary activities in related departments· Conducting claim negotiations (customer demands based on contractual terms)· Responsibility for accounts receivable management (clarification of outstanding items)· Collaboration in project teams for adaption and new projects· Preparation of content for customer events (trade fairs, internal events, customer presentations), including participation· Personal customer support including correspondence (domestic and international)· Performing target/actual comparisons (DB4, turnover, costs), preparing forecasts and analyzing deviations· Preparing individual reports for business reviews, monthly reporting, and sales managementRequirements· Education: University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field· Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within a technical or industrial environment· Strong commercial and technical acumen· Experience in international customer relations and contract negotiations· Proactive, analytical and results-driven mindset· Excellent communication skills; ability to work across cultural and functional boundaries· Business-fluent in English; German language skills are an advantageIf you are interested to join their growing and dynamic team and pursue career development in rewarding international environment, please apply through link in this ad.For additional information you can contact our recruitment associate at email: marija.dimitrijevic@adecco.com
