The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where speed, hard work, and fresh thinking are critical to successKey responsibility:• Lead business development activities to replicate existing successes• Understand client needs & objectives and propose suitable solutions to meet their requirements• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.• Act as the main point of contact and advocate for clients within the company and prepare and deliver presentationsand business reviews to executives.• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure clientneeds and Akila targets are met effectively• Monitor account performance and conduct regular account reviews to identify areas for improvement and growth.• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at multinational company clients• Identify and develop new customers that mirror the successful replication model of our current Key account clients.Key skills and competencies:• Masters in a science or business discipline• Fluent in Chinese & English• At least 5 years experiences in key account management of multinational companies, with a solid sales track record,preferably in the software industry• Clear understanding of MEDDIC methodology• Hands on approach, able to both lead BD activities and proper account planning• Highly driven, self-sufficient, Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy• Knowledge of ESG and sustainability principles• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams andstakeholders• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret andgenerate actionable insights• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines• International experience is preferred
