Role OverviewThe Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for driving and growing Bath & Body Works’ presence across key marketplace platforms. This role requires strong commercials understanding, deep marketplace expertise and well versed with operations of Marketplaces. Good functional knowledge of MS office tools and ability to make data driven decisions. Someone who has the ability & experience to lead an account individually with minimal supervision. Key ResponsibilitiesIndividually Drive and Execute strategies to maximize Bath & Body Works’ sales, visibility, and profitability on marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra).Build and maintain strong relationships with key account managers of marketplace partners.Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations, including product listings, inventory management, pricing, and promotional planning.Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product assortment and marketing initiatives. Focus on data driven insights and knowledge of data analytic tool will be a plus. Coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless execution.Negotiate & Drive commercial terms, contracts, and promotional opportunities with marketplace teams.Resolve operational issues, address customer complaints, and ensure high levels of account satisfaction.Monitor account performance metrics, prepare reports, and present business reviews to internal and external stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.4+ years’ experience managing major accounts for consumer brands, with direct experience in e-commerce marketplace management, in retail & FMCG sector. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills.Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/analytics platforms
