This strategic role focuses on driving growth through strong partnerships with telecom operators, leading the end-to-end sales process, and positioning our advanced network solutions - including 5G, fibre networks, and consumer devices - at the forefront of the market.The ideal candidate will have a background in telecom sales, deep understanding of the carrier landscape in Poland, and a proven track record of building B2B relationships, exceeding revenue targets, and navigating complex sales cycles.Key Responsibilities:Lead business development and drive sales growth with key strategic accounts, specifically T-Mobile and Orange in Poland.Develop and execute the carrier business sales strategy, focusing on long-term market share growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the target accounts.Manage the entire sales lifecycle from identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts to overseeing project delivery and providing after-sales support.Promote the company's full portfolio of network infrastructure solutions, including 5G, fiber technology, IT, and next-generation home connectivity products.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and propose innovative, tailored solutions.Collaborate effectively with internal technical, marketing, and product teams to align offerings with client requirements and ensure successful implementation.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive-level meetings to enhance brand visibility in the Polish market.Prepare and present regular business reviews, sales forecasts, and strategic reports to regional leadership.Ensure all activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and contractual obligations.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
