Carson has dedicated a team of engineers whose sole mission is to improve the customer experience.About the job:Utilize your intelligence, charisma and marketing skills to get Carson’s products placed into incentive companies and large retail chains. Travel throughout North America to visit clients and attend trade fairs. Learn about packaging, merchandising, advertising, and the ins-and-outs of promoting products to big-box retail. Collaborate with Carson’s product development team to suggest new product concepts.What you will accomplish:You will call on buyers that represent incentive companies and large retail chain stores. Carson’s client base is very broad and includes retailers in sporting goods, grocery, craft, electronics, eye-care, pharmacy, and premium incentive.Exhibit at domestic and international B2B trade shows demonstrating Carson’s products to existing clients and prospective buyers.Research the competitive landscape to help us create the next generation of innovative products.Learn to negotiate and close deals.Oversee the design of presentations and marketing materials.Build strong relationships with both existing and new clients. Make friends, have fun, and build sales.This should describe you:A minimum of two years’ experience in BSB or Premium Incentive SalesCreative and inventive personality who works well both in a team setting and individuallyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA “no task too small” mentality; and a willingness to learn and tackle any new issue that might arise.Ability to research and become an expert on new technologies relevant to the product line.Willingness to travel.RequirementsThe ideal candidate can write well, speak well, and is both street-smart and friendly. If you can talk to anyone, anywhere, and at any time, then this job is a fit. Experience and fluency in multiple languages is helpful, but not necessary.
