The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, developing business plans to support client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include tracking client performance, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data to inform decisions and drive business outcomes.QualificationsStrong experience and proficiency in Account Management and Key Accounts handlingSolid analytical skills to evaluate performance and develop data-driven strategiesExpertise in Business Planning to identify opportunities and create growth strategiesExceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site professional environmentBachelor's degree in Pharmacy Experience in the aesthetic or medical products industry is a must
