About this Position In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans that drive growth, profitability, and long-term customer partnerships. You will act as a key interface between Henkel and major customers, translating business needs into actionable strategies while ensuring operational excellence across regions. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver sustainable value through innovation, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.What You´ll Do Define and execute global, regional, and local account strategies, including annual revenue plans (KP) and target plans (TP)Identify business opportunities and steer business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectivesTranslate customers’ strategies and priorities into joint innovation roadmapsDrive and roll out customer approvals while promoting upstream solution sellingDevelop and maintain sustainable, long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives, and sponsorsImplement new customer acquisition plans for chain and prestige accountsDefine account-specific pricing, negotiate contracts, and ensure fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policyOptimize sales processes within the country and lead junior KAMsDevelop and maintain strong executive and cross-functional relationships at HQ and key customer locationsSteer and support internal resources to execute account strategies effectivelyDeliver account targets for KP/TP, OSG, PC, and analyze financial KPIs and proactively steer key account performanceEnsure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks supporting account strategy, including sales forecast updates, monthly reports, and related documentation What makes you a good fit BSc/BA in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering or a relevant field5 to 8 years of experience in Key Account Management especially in an FMCG company.
