We have a portfolio of more than 4,000 references that we supply to more than 750 customers.Would you like to join the Commercial team in the regional area of AAA (Asia & Africa & Australia) to continue developing as a professional and be part of Lluch's growth process?Reporting to the Regional Business Director AAA will have to develop the business within the designated area in terms of sales revenue, profit margin, relationship with customers, reputation of the company aligned with global objectives of Lluch Essence.FUNCTIONSDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients who bring in the most revenue for the company.Play a key role in attracting new customers and be responsible for their effective on-boarding.Focus on growth in alternative segments where the company may not be present.Address and resolve customer complaints.Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.Oversee customer service assigned to each customer.Communicate and collaborate with marketing, sales, purchasing, technical and logistics departments to ensure that customer needs are met.Reporting on account performance, targets and forecasts for the relevant area.Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements and prepare customised solutions.Negotiate contracts with clients and meet deadlines set for the achievement of each client's long-term objectives.Comply with both general and position-specific policies and procedures, as well as ensure the completion of all tasks within scope to facilitate the achievement of the company's objectives.EDUCATIONHigher education in Chemistry, Business Administration, International Business or similar.SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGEExperience in Commercial/Business Development/Sales area.Min 3–5-year sector experience in Fragrance/Flavor/ Aroma Chemicals/Essential Oils/ Animal Feed Ingredients.We value sector experience in Fragrance/Flavor/Aroma Chemicals/Essential Oils/ Animal Feed/ Ingredients positively.Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.LANGUAGESLocal Language: Native or FluentEnglish: Native or AdvancedFrench/Spanish valued positively.SKILLSAbility to negotiate and close deals.
