Everything you are looking for and more 📦Promote and accelerate the Company’s business growth by strategically expanding services (Home Delivery, Out of Home, 3PL, etc.), strengthening relationships with key clients, and developing new business opportunities.The role combines a commercial vision with an understanding of online sales digital processes (marketplaces, checkout, brand visibility, etc.) to deliver solutions that provide value and efficiency to clients.  What responsibilities and objectives will you have?Increase business volume with current strategic clients and explore new collaboration opportunities to achieve the Company’s objectives.Understand clients’ operational and technological needs (marketplaces, e-commerce, retailers) and propose tailored solutions.Coordinate with IT, OPS, and Marketing teams to facilitate integrations, onboarding, and improvements in logistics flows.Develop new commercial partnerships within the existing client portfolio.Analyze the market, competition, and trends to identify growth opportunities.Boost the Company’s presence in new territories or strategic segments.Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial activity reports.Reports to: Head of Expansion and Commercial Management.Well, what will the requirements be?3–5 years of experience in business development or commercial expansion, preferably in technology, logistics, or e-commerce sectors.Knowledge of different last-mile models (PUDO, Lockers, Home Delivery, and Fulfillment).Familiarity with online purchase processes (checkout, integration software, sales platforms, and order management systems, etc.).High level of English proficiency.Proficiency in CRM tools and digital environments - Hubspot is a plus.Soft Skills and CompetenciesProactive, autonomous, and results-oriented profile.Strong negotiation, communication, and influence skills.Growth mindset and strategic approach to business expansion.Ability to work in dynamic, competitive, and changing environments.Collaborative spirit and client-oriented approach.Excellent planning, tracking, and prioritization skills.What do we offer?Language platformWellbeing programmeFlexible working hoursOnline platform for lifelong learningCompetitive salaryFlexible remuneration services can be contractedWhy join us?Because we don’t settle — we go further and multiply impact (10X Attitude).Because we design every transformation around real customer value (Passionate About Customers).Because we make things happen fast and smart — not perfect, but done (Go, Go, Go).Because we believe the future belongs to those who rethink what’s possible (Dare to Disrupt).Because we win together — diverse, collaborative, driven by one shared vision (One Goal, One Team).Inclusive CultureInPost has an Equal Opportunities Plan that promotes equality at all levels.
