We are currently recruiting for a leading global Sportswear company, looking for a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER to drive growth across key accounts in NORTHERN & EASTERN EUROPE.This is a strategic commercial role ideal for a sales professional with a strong understanding of the retail landscape and a passion for delivering operational excellence.Responsibilities:Manage relationships with major sporting goods and fashion retail accounts (e.g., Intersport, Snipes, Footlocker, JD Sports, XXL) across Northern and Eastern Europe.Lead sell-in of seasonal collections and collaborate with buyers on assortments and bestsellers.Onboard new key accounts and ensure access to internal systems and tools.Coordinate cross-functionally with logistics, IT, and customer service teams to guarantee smooth operations.Support order placement processes, including EDI onboarding and ongoing maintenance.Track and report on sales performance, account developments, and market insights.Assist in the implementation of marketing and in-store initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.Act as the main point of contact for operational inquiries from key account partners.The Ideal Candidate:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.3–5 years’ experience in Key Account Management or Sales Operations, ideally in the sporting goods, fashion, or consumer goods industry.Strong understanding of the retail landscape in Germany, the Nordics, East Europe, and the UK is highly preferred.Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.Proficient in ERP and EDI systems; strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
