🚀 We’re Hiring – Key Account Manager IT (International) 🌍PASS Development Center – Les Berges du Lac 2 Tunisia, part of PASS Consulting Group Germany, is growing internationally! We’re looking for an experienced Key Account Manager IT with a strong client network in the IT/ESN sector (Europe: France, Germany, Switzerland, Canada) to help us expand our business and strengthen our global presence.If you’re passionate about building lasting partnerships, driving business growth, and working in a dynamic international environment — this opportunity is for you!💼 Your Mission: You’ll play a key role in expanding our client portfolio by leveraging your existing contacts and identifying new business opportunities for our nearshore IT services (Software Development, QA, DevOps, Cloud).🎯 Your Responsibilities: • Activate and grow your existing client portfolio (banks, insurance, ESN, fintech, tech SMEs) • Develop new strategic accounts in Europe and Canada • Identify client needs and propose nearshore solutions from Tunisia • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → negotiation → closing • Build long-term client relationships and ensure high-quality follow-up • Contribute to commercial strategy and international positioning • Represent PASS at IT fairs and industry events🧠 Your Profile: • 5–10 years of experience in Business Development / Key Account Management in an IT/ESN company • Active client portfolio (CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Procurement Managers) • ✅ Proven experience in offshore/nearshore contract closing (key requirement) • Excellent communication in English and French (German is a major plus) • Proficient with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and digital prospecting • Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous, and result-oriented🎓 Education: Master’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or equivalent🌍 Why Join PASS Development Center? • Be part of PASS Consulting Group (Germany) – a trusted European IT partner • Play a key role in our international growth • High autonomy and immediate recognition of your performance • Fast-track career progression towards International Sales Director • Dynamic and ambitious work environment📩 Interested?
