Distributor markets are central to our next growth phase.You will work from our beautiful Head Office in Copenhagen, Østerbro (The position can also be remote, but preferable Copenhagen based)Responsibilities:As our Key Account Manager E-Tail & Retail, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales strategy and maintaining and developing the best possible customer experience for your B2B E-Tail and Retail Key accounts customers.Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies for the appointed customers, and execute sales plans.Oversee and manage the top e-commerce accounts in Europe, establishing regular communication channels with purchasing and marketing teams.Foster sustainable growth by collaborating closely with key accounts - jointly developing and executing marketing plans and targets.Work with local teams to negotiate contracts and establish annual sales and marketing budgets.Analyse customers’ sales performance and data to optimize product mix, sales material, and campaigns in alignment with overall brand strategy.Develop and implement effective Marketing campaign plans to drive further brand engagement and sales.Travel to relevant fairs, events, showrooms, etc., to stay connected with industry developments and engage with partners.Staying updated on competition, industry trends, and innovations to maintain a competitive knowledge.Conduct yearly strategic meetings with key partners within different markets to create and implement growth plans.In this role you will report to our Head of E-tail & Retail.
