Key Account Manager, GermanyIndustry- DIY & RetailDescriptionMackinnon Bruce International are partnered with a leading Plant Protection manufacturer to recruit a Key Account Manager for Germany. This position will be focused on managing and growing large DIY National Accounts.Who we areWe are a dynamic recruitment and executive search agency that has evolved since our first establishment in 2012. We work with several high-profile clients, startups, and SMEs globally to help them source and retain top-tier talent.Location: Remote with travelThe Role:You will be responsible for managing commercial relationships and negotiate listings with national or regional purchasing groups to contribute to the growth of our business and increase our market share. Also to develop and implement an annual sales strategy and plans for the assigned customer portfolio to achieve commercial objectives (sales revenue and margin) within the group's commercial and marketing policy.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients through regular contact and develop multi-level relationships across different companies and ministriesDevelop and propose, within the framework of France's commercial policy, a rolling 3-year business plan for each account in the assigned portfolio by analyzing client needs and establishing priorities:Monitor changes in distribution and competition.Detect the expectations and needs of retail chains.Requirements:Experience working with DIY accounts. For example, Hornbach, Bauhaus etc.Negotiation experience and managing relationships with key accounts.Customer service orientation and commercial relationship management.Excellent interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Leadership, autonomy, decision-making skills.Compensation range of €70,000 EUR-€80,000 EURIf you are interested, please do apply and our Lead Consultant will be in contact to set up a first stage conversation.
