Measured with SOA growth and increased sales revenue of each account.Enhance customer’s relationship to the maximum level. This will be measured by NPS and CES (Customer Effort Score). It is essential for the KAM to build trust and rapport with each customer.Drive digitalization at every level. KAM makes all digital initiatives possible at customer’s end. Measured with digital adoption rate.Nurture the development of Central Market Intelligence platform by collecting and sharing market insights to enhance organization capabilities and share knowledge to the team.Master database management. Data in SFDC is expected to be at the highest accuracy and completion.
