This role will be responsible for managing key digital accounts, developing sales strategies, and ensuring a strong brand presence in the derma-cosmetic industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Business ManagementDevelop annual strategy and monthly sales plans, forecasts, and budgets for e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok Shop, and other online retail partners.Manage P&L for e-commerce platforms to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets.Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions when needed.2. Account & Relationship ManagementServe as the main point of contact with e-commerce platforms’ category team and internal stakeholders.Negotiate annual joint business plans, trade terms, and marketing collaborations with the Shopee team.Build and maintain a strong partnership with platform representatives to ensure brand priority and visibility.3. Campaign & Marketing ExecutionPlan and execute campaigns in alignment with brand and e-commerce platforms calendars (e.g., 3.3, 6.6, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).Manage product listings, pricing, and content to ensure accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.Coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to execute promotions effectively.4. Data & Performance AnalysisAnalyze traffic, conversion, and sales performance to identify business opportunities and optimize ROI.Generate reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.Track competitive activities and market trends on Shopee and other platforms.5. Inventory & Operation ManagementCollaborate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels for campaigns.Track media performance, manage budgets, and ensure ROI for each key accountPrepare regular reports on business performance, market trends, and consumer behavior.Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account or E-commerce roles, preferably in FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Goods industries.Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and their operational models (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Proactive, strategic thinking with a strong results-oriented mindset.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
