Key Account Manager (Private Label)

A. Resposibilities: The Own Brands Manager is responsible for managing Guardian Vietnam’s Own Brand portfolio sourced from the Group (Hong Kong). The role ensures seamless end-to-end execution covering category direction, SKU selection, pricing, registration, forecasting, supply chain, placement, and promotion. The manager will drive sales, profitability, and brand equity for Own Brands while ensuring compliance and effective market execution.Define category direction for Own Brands to complement branded offers.Select SKUs from Group portfolio, benchmark against competitors, and build a clear pricing strategy.Work with Legal for product registration with local authorities.Forecast demand with Supply Chain and Group, ensuring smooth stock flow and minimizing obsolescence.Partner with Marketing to drive brand building, in-store visibility, and omnichannel promotions (O2O).Manage product lifecycle, including introduction, promotion, and clearance process for slow movers.Take full P&L accountability for Own Brands performance in Vietnam.B. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.5+ years’ experience in retail, FMCG, category or brand management.Strong commercial acumen, pricing strategy, and P&L management skills.Knowledge of regulatory and product registration processes.Strong collaboration across Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, and Group teams.Entrepreneurial, analytical, and results-driven mindset.C.
