Summary & Purpose Of The PositionTo be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the rare disease gastroenterology / Hepatology field. Your primary focus will be to strategically drive the adoption of our New Rare Disease product, Iqirvo, for patients living with PBC, ensuring revenue growth and market share expansion. You will serve as the primary point of contact for HCP’s working at key accounts and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.WHAT - Main Responsibilities & Technical CompetenciesDevelop and implement strategic account plans for key accounts to achieve goal objectives and maximize potential of Iqirvo in PBC.Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses and other decision-makers in rare disease gastroenterology / hepatology field.Conduct regular meetings and engage in proactive communication with key accounts to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide partnership and support.Collaborate with Nordic cross-functional team, including medical affairs, marketing, and sales operations, to develop and execute account-specific strategies and tactics.Coordinate and facilitate educational programs, speaker events, and promotional activities to enhance product awareness and drive product utilization.Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities within assigned accounts, providing regular updates and insights to the rare disease management team.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and generate accurate sales forecasts and reports.Behavioral Competencies RequiredExperience in pharmaceutical sales, key account management, or a related healthcare commercial role, preferably within rare diseases, hepatology, or gastroenterology. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, pharmacists) and key decision-makers in hospital and/or community settings.In-depth understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including patient pathways, treatment protocols, and market access dynamics relevant to rare diseases.Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop and execute strategic account plans.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor scientific and clinical information to diverse audiences.Experience working cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and sales operations teams to deliver account-specific strategies and achieve sales targets.High level of scientific and clinical knowledge in specialty care; expertise in rare diseases or liver disease is highly desirable.Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools to manage customer interactions and generate sales insights.Experience in launching new products or driving adoption of innovative therapies in a competitive marketFamiliarity with compliance and ethical standards in pharmaceutical sales is a mustEducation / Certifications (essential)Bachelor's in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or related field. (And certification to be allowed to work with pharmaceutical sales)Language(s) (essential)Swedish: Native languageEnglish: Full professional proficiency
