Sudair Pharmaceutical company is looking for a Key Account Manager in Riyadh city. Job Summary: Key Account Manager (KAM) is a field-based role responsible for following up on SPC portfolio accessibility and availability within key accounts and will be responsible for proactive sales of SPC portfolio. The role contributes to positive company representation, achieving sales targets, increasing market share and market presence in strategic and commercial portfolios, and maintaining sales growth in designated strategic accounts in KSA through strategic partnerships with key hospitals, planners, and purchasers.Responsibilities: Set business plans, priorities, budgets and performance objectives for assigned Key Accounts.Ensure access and availability of Sudair products in all accounts within territory.Build account mapping aligned with Sales Force Team and share updates regularly with management.Act as reference member in P&T committees within assigned accounts.Ensure smooth seeding process of new launches.Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations with Key Account customers.Lead winning bidding strategies for commercial and strategic portfolios.Ensure achievement of Key Account plans and required financial results.Drive sales performance and ensure forecasts meet or exceed expectations.Build and sustain long-term customer partnerships creating mutual value.Monitor and report competitive activities in Key Accounts.Lead enlisting activities for new products and new forms in target accounts.Coordinate stock movement to ensure proper inventory levels and minimize expiry risk.Ensure continuous business expansion vertically and horizontally.Negotiate optimal discounts in alignment with sales management.Maximize SPC business in commercial portfolio and protect from competitor replacement.Build strong partnerships with hospital pharmacists, planners and purchasers.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Medicine.Minimum 4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with successful track record for at least two consecutive years.Strong negotiation and convincing skills.Ability to create accurate forecasts and monitor territory performance monthly.Mastery of formulary and enlisting processes in main accounts (Government and Private).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
