We partner with leading global manufacturers in telecom, broadcast and surveillance technologies.What you’ll be doingYou’ll take ownership of developing and expanding one of our key accounts for our telecom system integration business. That includes building strong relationships with telecom OEMs, managing key operator accounts, and driving sales across active and passive telecom products. You’ll work closely with technical teams, principals, and internal departments to deliver the right solutions and meet your targets.Key responsibilities•        Manage and grow relationships with assigned accounts, especially UAE telecom operators•        Drive sales of telecom solutions including mobile and wireline equipment, fiber optic systems, ODN gear, testing tools and more•        Build relationships at senior levels, including CXOs.•        Map key accounts and identify opportunities that match MITTCO’s solution portfolio•        Create market intelligence reports and maintain competitor insights•        Lead budgeting, forecasting and periodic business reviews•        Prepare tailored proposals and RFP responses in coordination with pre-sales•        Ensure all offers meet internal margin and commercial guidelines•        Identify new technology partners, products and solutions to expand the portfolio•        Maintain strong collaboration with warehouse, procurement and finance teams•        Support internal improvement, innovation and knowledge sharingWhat we’re looking for•        Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications, Electrical, Computer Science, or similar•        8 to 20 years of telecom account management experience including direct sales into Etisalat•        Strong senior level relationships within UAE telecom operators•        Proven annual sales achievement of at least AED 50M•        Deep understanding of technologies like Data Centers, FTTH, IP Networks, 5G, DWDM, Transport, Core, Access and Mobile Networks•        Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills•        Highly organized, analytical, and strong in techno-commercial discussionsSalary  We offer very attractive salary and benefits for the right candidates.
