ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDeveloping a solid and trusting relationship between major key accounts and Würth business units located in Vietnam and globally around the world; Expending relationships and business scope with existing Key Accounts and acquisition of new Key Accounts Build-Up and management of a pipeline and a potential oriented sales approach in order to reach individual and company sales, growth and gross profit targets Assisting in the resolution of key account issues and complaints, Developing a complete understanding of key account needs and a portfolio of solutions for such needs; Anticipating changes in structures of the organization of Key Accounts and management of the adjustment of Würth’s approach towards Key Accounts accordinglyWorking with sales, logistics, purchasing, marketing and other stake holders within the company in order to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded while maintaining efforts on an economical levelEstablish and engage in up-selling and/or cross-selling activities in order to maximize market share and profitability for both the customer as well as the Würth organization;Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company trainings. Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines; Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives. Other tasks assigned by the company.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE3 years of working experience in C-Part supply services or comparable industry’s accompanied by a tertiary education (Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree)Minimum 4 years of successful experience in sales or in customer serviceFamiliarity with C part products, especially Fasteners and MROFamiliarity with JIT Logistic and SCM solutions such as KanbanAbility to travel 50% working timeStrong business acumenExcellent communication, presentation, selling and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office software and ERP system(SAP). Fluency in English (oral and written)Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with demonstrated multi-task ability Team work spirit, handling Mutiple projects at a time with attention deadline and priority efficiency.Self-motivate, confident, patient, responsible, good health conditionKPI Individual Sales and Gross Profit TargetPipeline project development/ conversion of opportunities Sustem quota at customersExtension of placed products at the clients
