We are seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our dynamic sales team. The KAM will be responsible for managing and nurturing strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth and managing sales executives . The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, develop strong relationships, and implement tailored solutions to meet client needs and achieve business goals.Roles and Responsibilities:Account ManagementServe as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and strategic planning.Understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives to provide tailored solutions.Regularly meet with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for growth.Sales and Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales and meet or exceed revenue targets.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand the company’s footprint within key accounts.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and operations) to deliver optimal solutions for clients.Conduct regular account reviews and present insights, opportunities, and risks to the management team.Market and Industry KnowledgeStay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.Customer Support and Problem-SolvingAddress client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a seamless customer experience.Act as a mediator between the client and internal teams to address concerns and deliver solutions.Proactively identify potential risks to client relationships and take steps to mitigate them.Reporting and AnalyticsMaintain detailed account records, including sales activity, pipeline status, and key performance metrics.Prepare and present periodic reports on account performance and sales forecasts.Analyze account data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large client accounts.Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
