Responsibilities for networking and effective collaboration between centers and outpatients HCPs.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for achieving pharmaceutical product sales to new and established physician and healthcare accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration.Creation of a plan to achieve objectives through sales and servicing of multiple physician and healthcare professional accounts in a prescribed territory.Scheduling appointments and making preplanned sales presentations to customers.Initiating contact and schedules appointments with potential new customers.Making regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.Identifying customer needs and recommends new products to address them.Conducting competitive research to aid in the development of customer and product focused presentation packages for sales.Preparation of sales reports and documents as required.Reviewing and analyzing customer orders and product sales and establishes an improvement plan for those that are not on target.Follow-up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.Collaboration with other departments to ensure a timely resolution. Provides input to sales forecast and submits to management.Responsible for networking and effective collaboration between centers and outpatients HCPsNetworking within CVTEssential Knowledge And SkillsPrevious minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales role in pharmaceutical industry with proven record of successful sales, Key account management process proven capabilities: analyze, plan, prepare, implement, follow-upHigh level of selling skills and regional managementBusiness oriented person with excellent presentation and negotiation skillsEnglish language on communicative levelDriving license - active driverHigh level of ethical standards in businessTeam player – proven ability to work effectively as part of a multi-functional teamExperience from cardiology / pulmonology field is an advantageFluent Slovak and English languageMulti task approachPositive attitude, personal accountabilityWilling to learn/improveCourage to take action/responsibility for solutions/resultsWe offer attractive conditions of employment and possibilities for further career growth within our company. For this position we are offering an annual gross salary starting at 36 000 EUR (excl. variable component).
