For more information, click here.Role Reports ToSALES LEAD DRUGSTORE CHANNELLocation:Europe/Middle East/Africa, Poland, Mazowieckie, WarsawWork Location:HybridWhat You Will DoAs a Key Account Specialist, you will play a significant role in the drugstore channel, supporting the Key Account Manager in managing relationships with key customers and driving business results.This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in key account management and to grow toward a Key Account Manager role.The role is based in Warsaw and follows a hybrid working model (minimum 2 days per week in the office).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide daily support to Key Account Manager(s) in managing relationships with key customers in the drugstore channel.Handle operational and administrative tasks related to customer management.Prepare data analyses and business insights to support strategic decision-making.Monitor and report on promotional activities on a daily basis.Cooperate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure effective execution of joint initiatives.Lead small cross-functional projects to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.Implement new ideas and solutions to improve ways of working and boost sales results.Manage operations for a smaller drugstore customer, ensuring both strategic and operational excellence.QualificationsUniversity degree (business or related field preferred).Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience — ideally in sales support, key account assistance, or field sales.Previous experience in FMCG or a similar dynamic business environment is an advantage.Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Motivation and ambition to grow professionally toward a Key Account Manager role.Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level).Good command of MS Office tools; experience with CRM systems is an asset.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonus system.Annual bonus based on individual and business results.Attractive benefits package, including a company car.Opportunity to develop your career within a dynamic, innovative, and supportive team.Exposure to key business stakeholders and strategic clients in the Polish drugstore market.Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
