JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the company’s most strategic and high-value clients, including government institutions, large industrial customers, and major commercial establishments. The role ensures optimal service delivery, drives customer satisfaction, and identifies opportunities for growth and long-term partnerships within the water utility sector.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related fieldAt least five (5) years of work experience in key accounts management, preferably in utilities, infrastructure, or the public service sectorMust have strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skillsWith a proven track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering exceptional client serviceProficient in CRM systems and data analysis tools
