KG - Assistant Teacher

Responsibilities1. Assist the teacher with the Assigned work, and ensure it is carried out by his/her students. Assist for the development, progress, attainment and behavior of the students; Working with small groups of students to enhance the learning process Participate and assist in appraisal of students’ performance; Assist and Monitor student discipline and safeguard their health and safety at all times; Assist to Register attendance of students and report absence immediately to the Supervisor. Assist in educational and social development of pupils under the direction and guidance of the head teacher, and class teachers. Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities. Assist class teachers with maintaining student records.
