Kids Educational Personality

We’re proud to be voted among the “Best Place to Work in Los Angeles” by the LA Business Journal 4 years in a row.PragerU Kids is seeking a dynamic, charismatic, and mission-aligned Educational Personality to serve as an on-screen and public-facing representative of our Kids division. This role combines outreach (in-person events, PR, social media, etc.) with educational materials oversight. The ideal candidate would be a former teacher who knows how to work with children, understands child/parent/teacher perspectives, and can bring learning to life through creative digital content/edu-tainment.The Educational Personality will review and contribute to PragerU Kids materials, conceptualize and perform in engaging social media content, and represent the brand across in-person events, online and televised promotional opportunities (press hits).Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesReview and provide feedback on PragerU Kids content, ensuring it’s educationally sound, engaging, and appropriate for both children and educatorsEvaluate content from both a “child lens” (fun, exciting, clear) and a “parent lens” (values-driven, trustworthy, appropriate)Serve as a PragerU Kids ambassador through outreach opportunities via in-person events and online/social media promotionOn-camera talent for special PragerU Kids events, interviews, and outreach initiativesBuild and nurture relationships with coalition groups and educational communities aligned with PragerU Kids’ missionTravel for speaking engagements 4-5 times per yearConceptualize, write, and perform in short-form social content and special campaignsCollaborate with the creative team to produce and promote Kids ads, promos, and social media campaignsContribute creative ideas to strengthen the Kids brand presence and educational impactSuccessful Candidates Will Possess2-3+ years of K–12 classroom teaching experienceStrong understanding of child development, classroom engagement, and educational best practicesFamiliarity with curriculum development or educational mediaCharismatic and comfortable on camera; prior media or public speaking experience Excellent writing, editing, and communication skillsExperience with content creation for social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)Strong alignment with PragerU’s values and educational missionAbility to think both strategically and creatively, balancing fun and learning in all contentHighly organized, self-motivated, and collaborativeHow to Apply: First review our website at www.prageru.com. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data.
