Job DescriptionAs a result of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Recruitment team. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet current and future hiring needs across the company.

This role has an immediate start date and is an initial 6 month FTC, with the possibility of being extended. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies. Use various sourcing methods (job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking events, etc. ) to build a strong talent pipeline. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, employer branding, and DEI initiatives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide market insights and hiring metrics to guide decisions and improve recruitment processes. Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational hiring policies and procedures. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Previous engineering or construction recruitment experience is essential, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with a variety of recruiting tools and platforms (e. g. , LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SmartRecruiters, etc. ). Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of employment law and best hiring practices.
