Job Description

Responsibilities:Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets to create personalized kitchen designs.Use Winner Flex software to produce detailed kitchen plans and 3D renderings.Present design concepts and proposals to clients, clearly explaining the design ideas and benefits.Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to closing the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.Negotiate and finalize sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Provide expert advice on product selection, materials, and finishes.Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies.Follow up with clients after installation to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.Coordinate with the installation team to ensure projects are executed smoothly.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in kitchen design and sales.Proficiency in Winner Flex software.Proven success in sales and deal closing.Strong design skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Valid driving license.Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.
