Our goal is to be 0% waste in our kitchens and with this in mind we are always trying to establish outside of the box thinking and waste mitigation techniques. Currently running at 2-3%, we achieve this through fermenting pickling and reusing our bi-waste where possible.We're looking for someone with previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and an eagerness to continue learning, to work alongside our highly motivated and enthusiastic team.WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
