Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Supervisor located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Kitchen Supervisor will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, coordinating food preparation and cooking, maintaining kitchen inventory, and assisting in creating and implementing menus. The role also involves mentoring team members to enhance culinary skills and productivity.
