Job Description

KNAPP Israel is looking for a Head of Service to take on a key leadership role, with full responsibility for the company’s service function – which, to be honest, is our true “product. ” Because as impressive as our automation and technologies are – if our customers don’t feel we’ve got their back and everything’s running smoothly, we’ve missed the point.

And that’s where you come in!As Head of Service, you’ll lead the implementation of global service processes, manage and close service contracts with clients and ensure their full delivery, handle complex escalations from the field, manage and train our technical maintenance teams – including team leaders. There’s real challenge here and wide-ranging impact – on people, on the company, and on our customers. What are we looking for?Experience managing a service department in an industrial environment (so you can speak the customer’s language)Background in automation/robotics is a big plus.

Experience working in a global company and Israeli customers. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to drive people and processes forward. Proactive mindset that’s passionate about making things happen. Mechanical / electrical education (eng. or practical). High proficiency of English. Willingness to travel between sites in Israel and abroad.
