Be part of this journey as we work together to redefine gaming on a global scale.Key Responsibilities:Develop, organize, and maintain the company's internal and external knowledge base, ensuring content is accurate, consistent, and up to dateCollaborate with product, support, and training teams to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize content creationWrite, edit, and format clear and user-friendly documentation, FAQs, and help articlesImplement and follow content governance standards, including style guides and taxonomy structuresAnalyze user feedback and knowledge base metrics to continuously improve content quality and accessibilityEnsure alignment between the knowledge base and other toolsTrain team members on knowledge base best practices and content management toolsRequirementsProven experience with content developmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and RussianStrong attention to detail, structure, and consistency in content organizationFamiliarity with SEO principles and analytics tools to optimize content discoverabilityAbility to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBasic understanding of UX writing and information architecture principles
