For Linklaters Global Solutions Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Knowledge Lead role.About The TeamYou will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as part of the Business Management – Knowledge team, that plays a central role in supporting the firm’s legal practice by ensuring lawyers and business professionals have seamless access to high-quality legal knowledge, resources, and information.As Knowledge Lead, you will lead and develop a team of 9 FTEs focused on data management, intranet content, and UK company filings. You will oversee key knowledge platforms, maintain intranet content quality, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role includes collaborating with global Knowledge & Information teams, analysing team performance, and driving continuous improvement. You will report to the Chief Shared Services and Operations Officer.As Knowledge Lead, You WillManage, develop, and motivate a team responsible for data management, intranet content management, and company filings,Oversee and continuously improve knowledge management systems, particularly SharePoint, iManage, and internal platforms,Ensure high-quality intranet content through regular audits, updates, and support for content owners,Implement robust data management practices, focusing on accuracy, classification, and information lifecycle management,Supervise regulatory company filings and manage searches for filings and insolvency proceedings for UK companies,Partner with global Knowledge & Information teams to coordinate activities and enhance knowledge sharing among Knowledge Practice group,Analyse performance metrics, report regularly to senior management, and promote ongoing process improvement.Apply If YouHave experience in knowledge management, information management, or related functions—ideally within professional or shared services environments,Demonstrated team management, leadership, and coaching abilities – previous 1-2 years of experience in leadership role is required,Are familiar with the organisational requirements for regulatory company filings and able to support high standards of compliance,Are confident using English (C1/C2) to engage clearly and appropriately with stakeholders at all levels across the organization,Possess experience with enterprise knowledge management systems such as SharePoint, iManage, or similar platforms; any exposure or active support of knowledge-sharing processes is an advantage,Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement and innovation,Are highly organised and comfortable facilitating training and knowledge-sharing sessions, handling all related logistics and communications (by email and phone),Are technologically proficient, with skills that exceed basic requirements—especially in Microsoft Excel—and capable of understanding and supporting technical aspects within a team environment,Provide high-quality administrative support, demonstrating a proactive approach to communication and stakeholder engagement.Working hours The core working hours of the Knowledge team are between 9 – 19, some level of flexibility is required from your side.LocationWarsaw (hybrid model- two days per week at the office), some travelling to UK maybe requiredKey Stakeholders In the Firm: Knowledge Systems Lead, Global Head of Knowledge & Information, Business Management Colleagues, Knowledge LawyersExternal: Relevant groups and associations of intranet and web professionalsBenefitsJoining Team Linklaters will see you qualify for a range of benefits designed to reward the vital contribution you'll be making to our success.
