You will be responsible for providing medical case management for patients, visiting them at healthcare provider sites, writing medical reports and providing medical updates.This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses to move away from the demands of a clinical environment to an on-site case manager role using their medical expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesThe nurse would provide comprehensive in-patient clinical case managementDevelop and maintain effective relationships with providers, (medical and administrative) internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure excellent delivery of serviceRegularly visit or contact the care providers (civilian and military treatment facility centers) to obtain updates for medical casesLiaise with patients to obtain detailed clinical information including past medical history to allow for accurate on-going case managementSupport the medical collection team in obtaining the discharge summary and medical records from the care providerAbout YouRegistered General Nurse or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience with registration to practice in PolandRecognized qualification to minimum diploma level or equivalence in practice demonstrated through portfolio/CVA demonstrable commitment to professional developmentAble to communicate Polish and proficiently in EnglishOwn a car and have a clean licensePassionate about international healthcareBenefits15,900 PLN car allowance per annum2,400 PLN home allowance per annumStructured career development track, with opportunities for progression and advancementWarm, supportive, and open company cultureAn opportunity to thrive in a global environment We celebrate diversity on a global scale and encourage every colleague to bring their personal best by creating an environment of inclusion and equal support#EuropeAt International SOS, we offer a great working environment, thanks to our commitment to flexible working, diversity, and development.
