Role OverviewYou will be responsible for driving B2B growth through high-quality lead generation campaigns, developing strategic partnerships, and amplifying Knowlepsy’s presence across social media channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, combining creativity with data-driven execution. Key Responsibilities🔹 B2B Lead GenerationDesign and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting hospitals, insurers, and pharma. Build and manage lead funnels from awareness to conversion. Align with sales on MQL to SQL pipeline acceleration. Use automation and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. ) to optimize workflows.
🔹 PartnershipsIdentify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, and technology platforms. Develop co-marketing initiatives with partners to generate leads and brand exposure. Represent Knowlepsy at industry events, webinars, and conferences. 🔹 Social Media & Brand AwarenessManage social media strategy ). Drive organic engagement and community building among healthcare professionals. Collaborate with design/content teams to deliver thought leadership campaigns. Monitor analytics to refine content performance and reach. Qualifications3–4+ years of experience in B2B Growth Marketing with proven success in lead generation, partnerships, and social media. Background in Healthcare, HealthTech, or Insurance (strong plus).
Agency experience is a plus (multi-account, multi-channel). Strong knowledge of ABM, outbound/inbound marketing, and demand gen tools. Experience building strategic partnerships and ecosystem collaborations. Excellent copywriting & storytelling skills. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
