Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, you’ll be part of the growing Integrated Marketing function, helping KOHO deepen its relationship with customers and create meaningful community experiences. You’ll shape our voice on our social channels, while also designing how we listen, respond, and build trust with the people we serve. You’ll be the connective thread between KOHO and its most passionate customers, turning engagement into insight, and insight into advocacy. What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be the voice of KOHO across our social channels.
Responding to feedback, shifting sentiment, and representing the brand with clarity and empathyYou’ll build and manage early community programs:
