Project Management (30%)Manage and coordinate eCommerce marketing projects focusing on TikTok Shop and Shopee platforms.Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope and with excellent quality.Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, E-commerce, Customer Service) to ensure seamless execution.Track project performance, proactively identify risks or issues, and report progress to the Manager.Maintain strong attention to detail and ownership across all assigned projects.2. KOL Management (30%)Identify and allocate suitable KOLs/Creators/MCNs for each campaign based on objectives (conversion, traffic, or awareness).Support KOLs in content creation by providing product information, creative briefs, feedback, and final content approval.Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, agencies and MCNs to optimize collaboration efficiency and cost.Stay updated with new trends, KOLs, and creative formats on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.3. E-commerce & Affiliate Operations (40%)Plan and execute Affiliate Marketing and Livestream campaigns to drive sales on TikTok Shop and Shopee.Coordinate with commercial and marketing teams to develop promotional offers, vouchers, and affiliate deals.Manage the end-to-end execution of KOL affiliate videos and livestream operations.Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance and ROI of each campaign, generating insights for optimization.Ensure all campaign activities align with brand guidelines and platform policies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.1 - 2 years of experience in eCommerce, KOL marketing, or affiliate operations (TikTok Shop/Shopee experience preferred).Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proactive, detail-oriented and passionate about eCommerce and digital marketing trends.Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with data tracking or reporting tools is a plus.
