About the roleAs Tech Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading a small group of engineers, driving architectural decisions, and staying hands-on with code (expect to code 70–80% of your time). You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and designers, break down high-level product goals into small, testable releases, and help cultivate a strong culture of shipping fast and learning quickly. Your role is central in the next evolution of SimplerQMS and the product and you will have plenty of room to grow and place your mark.
The engineering team value simplicity over complexity, shipping over polishing, and teamwork over individual heroics. The current stack includes Rails, Svelte, PostgreSQL, AWS, and a strong emphasis on automated testing and feature-flagged releases. You’ll play a key role in:
