What You Will Be DoingP&L responsibility for the course portfolioOverseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of training, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications. Assist global network in product and operational critical training related questionsEnsuring that training meet the quality standards and client expectations trough regular audit processes. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. We think you should haveEducation: An educational background and/or experience in marine operations. Technical experience:
Control systems, Integrated solutions; Interest in and ability to link details to a broader system and operational understanding. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to create confidence between groups and departments. Commercial Mindset: Understanding the business aspects of training in different marine segmentsCustomer Focus: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
