We don’t believe in the ‘one size fits all’ approach and instead we will equip you with the tools you need to shape your own future.What Will Your Main Responsibilities BeBuilds strong relationships across functions to ensure the organization understands and is accountable for its roles and responsibilities and is committed to driving positive health, safety, and environmental cultureLeads hazard identification, environmental aspect identification, and risk assessment programs to identify strategic risk improvement opportunities and gaps in health, safety, and environmental compliance obligationsLeads and develops the internal and external crisis committees and safety committee, support serious incident investigation and analysisManagement and coordination of SHE activities in the factoryDeploy the global/regional SHE strategy, policy, and standards in sites to achieve excellent sustainable resultsFollow up on the SHE performance indicators and report regular monthly and quarterly internal and external reports on timeDevelop, deploy & implement plans to improve driving safety, occupational safety, health, and environment records of the sitesWork with regulatory bodies on ensuring the factory meet all local, national, legal, and Unilever standards on Occupational Health, Safety, and EnvironmentSupport the preparation of safety incident reports, conduct incident investigations, and complete necessary corrective actionsParticipate in external and internal SHE audits, coordinating necessary activities and informing relevant people in the organizationDetermine training needs and assist in the delivery of training programs Manage local EHS budgetWhat You Will Need To SucceedBachelor’s degree in engineering,Must live in Konya/ TurkeyMin. 8 years of professional EHS experience in FMCG manufacturing environmentA or B class Safety certificate is a mustAdvanced in EnglishGood organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and taskLeadershipYou are an inclusive motivator of people.
