This role sits analyzing sales performance, commercial practices, pricing strategies, and market trends. The ideal candidate will provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making and enhance business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales & market data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for growthAssessing investment priorities and Return on Investment (ROI) by product, category, and channelProviding monthly and weekly sales reports on relative BUsDevelop and enhancing sales forecasting modelsCollaborate with the sales, marketing and finance teams to evaluate commercial strategies and promotional effectivenessAnalyzing P&L by Business Unit , country, distribution channel and product category on both annual and monthly basesConduct market and competitor analysis to provide insights into business positioningAssist in preparing commercial financial reports and presentations for senior managementSupport the budgeting and planning processes, ensuring alignment with commercial objectivesEvaluate brand performance by customer / channel profitability and make recommendations for improvementLiaise with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistencyProvide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-makingRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience in financial analysis, preferably in a sales or commercial environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data setsAdvanced proficiency in SAP & Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong business acumen and understanding of commercial processesAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented and highly organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
