We are seeking a Credit Risk and Intelligence Manager for our global client operating in the retail sector.General Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from related universities,Excellent command of English (Speaking level must be advanced),Minimum of 10 years of professional experience (including at least 3 years in a managerial position),At least 3-4 years of experience in the Credit Risk Department within the retail sector,At least 4 years of experience in the Credit Risk Department within the banking sector,Strong team management and leadership skills.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,Solution-oriented mindset,Willingness and ability to travel frequently.Job Description:Allocate and update credit limits.Develop relationships with intelligence sources; collect intelligence from banks, the market, government institutions, and electronic platforms.Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports.Carry out company visits when necessary.Guide and support the team in cases where companies request credit limits.Coordinate with sales teams for Hermes insurance; ensure communication with the insurer and manage the limit allocation process.Monitor and update limits for companies with increased risk levels.Track the reasons for limit exceedances.Oversee and follow up on the risk monitoring process.Manage communication and coordination among clients, client attorneys, and Hermes insurance for companies in legal proceedings; monitor restructuring processes and provide guidance to the team.HumanGroup – HG Danışmanlık Tic.
