Senior AccountantResponsibilities of the Role Ensure accounting processes are aligned with Latvian legislation and international financial reporting standards (IFRS);Full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping;Supervision and coordination of daily accounting operations;Preparation of reports for company management, the State Revenue Service (VID), the Central Statistical Bureau, and other relevant institutions;Actively participate in internal audits and contribute to process improvements. Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

Ideal CandidateHigher education in accounting, finance, or economics;Excellent command of English (written and spoken);At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;Solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);Excellent understanding of Latvian accounting and tax legislation;Strong computer skills (MS Office and accounting software);Ability to work under pressure, within a team, and with a positive attitude toward innovation;High sense of responsibility;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
