Senior Financial Analyst

We now have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and committed: Senior financial analyst. Main duties and responsibilitiesPerform financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting to support business planning. Analyse and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Prepare compelling business cases for market expansion, new product development, and other strategic initiatives. Deliver clear, insightful reports and presentations for senior management and shareholders. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Review operations and propose productivity improvements or cost-saving measures. Collaborate with various departments to define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to enhance financial performance. Support internal and external financial audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Handle ad-hoc reporting for group management, country managers, and other decision-makers.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Legal education will be considered an advantage. 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in financial analysis tools and Excel. Fluent English and Latvian (written and spoken) is a must. High attention to detail and confidence working with complex financial data.
