KYC Agent / Office-based shifts

That’s why we focus daily on supporting both the personal and professional growth of our people, fostering an environment where they can thrive and reach their full potential.Upgaming Bulgaria is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented KYC Agent to join our team.Duties and responsibilities: Communicate with users via email to support the verification process, including clarifying requirements and responding to inquiries;  Use automated verification tools to streamline the customer onboarding process;  Navigate multiple platforms to update verification statuses, retrieve information, and resolve discrepancies;  Escalate complex cases or potential risks to the Compliance Department when necessary;  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer verification activities;  Collaborate with team members to optimize verification procedures and improve the overall user experience.Requirements:  English proficiency at B2/C1 level;  Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities;  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;  Creative and innovative mindset, able to offer fresh perspectives and solutions;  Previous experience in customer verification or a related role is desirable;  Familiarity with KYC processes and regulatory requirements will be a plus;  High attention to detail and accuracy;  Strong organizational and communication skills;  Ability to work efficiently across multiple digital platforms.We offer:  Competitive salary;  Extra pay for night shifts, public holidays and additional shifts;  Additional health insurance (including dental care);  Public transportation card;  Food vouchers;  MultiSport card;  Fresh fruits, coffee, and soft drinks in the office;  Fun days and team-building events;  Long-term career opportunities in a growing international company;  Comprehensive initial training and ongoing support;  Comfortable working conditions in a friendly, supportive and motivating team to help you succeed;  Opportunity to join us without prior work experience.Working conditions:  Workplace: Modern office in Sofia's central area (walking distance from Vasil Levski Stadium metro station);  Flexible shift system:         - Day shift: 08:00 – 20:00        - Night shift: 20:00 – 08:00 (the following day after the day shift).        - Followed by three consecutive days off (12–13 shifts per month).        - Flexibility to swap shifts with colleagues.We look forward to receiving your resume – please include your desired salary level!
