Head Of Data Driven Experience (m/f)Based in our office in ZagrebYour RoleWe're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be a part of our L’Oréal team and be a driving force in the future of beauty industry. Position of Head of Data Driven Experience requires motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for: Defining and leading the local strategy for acquiring and activating first and second party (1P & 2P) data, ensuring it is meaningfully connected to business priorities and consumer engagement goals.

Working hand in hand with media and brand teams to activate data across campaigns: from audience segmentation to retargeting, from lookalike modeling to Share of Search tracking — always with business impact in mind. Partnering with e-commerce and CRM teams to use data in ways that enhance the consumer experience across digital touchpoints, from personalized journeys to optimized product feeds. Translating data into insights and insights into action — embedding data thinking across divisions and supporting teams to make smarter, faster, and more consumer-centric decisions.

Ensuring proper governance of owned engagement platforms (websites, tagging, dashboards, consent tools), and lead efforts in digital compliance (GDPR, access control, IP rights, internal audits). Driving adoption of centralized dashboards and tools, including user training, support and continuous improvement based on business feedback. Managing social media access recertification and governance processes (e. g. platform access, role-based security), and upskilling internal teams on safe, compliant usage. Representing the market in the global data community, sharing best practices and contributing to the evolution of our data-driven ecosystem. Your Job MissionWith us, you’ll strive and drive.
