So, let's team up and create the beauty industry of the future together!Job Title: 3CE Global Operations – Product Development SpecialistPlease upload your english resume when you apply the positiona Day In The LifeTo accomplish, working with Marketing, R&I, Operations teams and suppliers, launch, renovation and value analysis projects:Conceptualize product with consumer centric stakes (sustainability, performance and experience), and excellent execution of the projects ensuring the delivery of 4 fundamentals (safety, quality, agility, and cost). Study upstream the technical and economic feasibility, planning and viability of Marketing launch briefs.Advise marketing by providing technical solutions and innovation opportunities and by anticipating industrial and economic problems.Formalize the marketing definition of the product, in respect of the Quality Conception Packaging system (QCP).Calculate and communicate price estimates and consolidate the investment file.Prepare and follow through detailed product development schedules.Organize and lead meetings to convince, motivate and federate internal and external stakeholders for decision making.Alert management and BUs in the event of risks, drift and projects' functioning (planning, resources, costs, financial risks).Actively contribute to group sustainability ambitions (share beauty with all / loreal for the future), work together with the brands to build SBWA roadmap and to ensure the deployment of the associated tool (Spot) Timely update of end-to-end IT tools (Magellan, MINDS, SPOT) and ensure the good quality of data;Follow through commercialization agreements and non-conformity treatment.Any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager.QUALIFICATION & PREFERENCETotal experience +3 - 8 yearsAt least +2 years working experience in Product Development (better in FMCG)University graduate in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldFluent in both Korean and EnglishExperience in operations product development within the cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.Interest on cosmetics or Makeup is a plus.Familiarity with cosmetic formulations, packaging technologies, and manufacturing processes is a plus.Proficient with Excel, Outlook, PowerPointPLM (Project Lifecycle Management) tool is a plus (ex.
